Research on heat exchange control of thermodynamic system for tower poly thermal power generation

In this paper, the model of test-bed of high-temperature molten salt thermal system operating at various sunshine conditions has been established based on the process principle of power poly thermal power generation by data modeling method, in which a built high-temperature molten salt test-bed is chosen by research object. On the test-bed, electric heater is used to simulate different lighting conditions. The model of system input and output is identified based on least square support vector machines by field data acquisition for the flow rate of high-temperature molten salt, high temperature heat exchanger outlet steam temperature and the like. Because the heat exchange model is not a single in the different operation conditions, multi-model internal model control strategy is proposed to switch system automatically. Simulation experiments show that the proposed control strategy can meet the industrial applications and provide guides for heat exchange control of power poly thermal power generation.
