Research of high accuracy straight line parameter estimation algorithm for ultralow-pixel CCD

In high-speed imaging systems, the number of CCD's pixels is limited. To compensate for this deficiency, the research is carried out for high accuracy linear parameter estimation algorithm for ultralow-pixel CCD. In order to estimate line segment parameter, introduce the TOEPLITZ matrix reconstruction algorithm from array signal processing method. Thus the data covariance matrix can be constructed from one image unit. The merit is the avoiding the needing of many image units, in which the line segment parameters are required to be nearly the same. At the last some experiments on true images demonstrate the efficiency of the algorithm.
