Study on enterprises' independent innovation mode from the perspective of resource integration — A case study of GONA Technology Co., Ltd.

This paper, based on the development history of Dalian GONA technology Co., Ltd., investigates enterprises' independent innovation mode established by integrating internal and external resources in face of changing demand and continuous competition. It finds that the core of enterprises' independent innovation lies in the integration of internal and external resources, and mode is the integral network innovation through group aggregation and chain integration.
