Design and implementation of employee education and training system based on SSH framework

The tobacco industry is of vital importance for the nation's economy and people's life safety, so it is necessary to educate the employees in tobacco industry. This paper designs a remote education and training system suitable for employees in tobacco industry based on presently popular SSH(struts+ spring+ hibernate) framework including functions of courseware browsing, video on demand, online test, and so on. The system has a good user interface and is easy to operate. Finally, corresponding experiments for existing network bottleneck problems have been done and then the future work is proposed.
