Development of a system for monitoring and tracking of physiotherapeutic movements in patients with neurological diseases

Recent research studies has shown the great contribution that serious games offer in the area of biomedical rehabilitation of injured persons. Following this trend, we intend to develop a friendly software application for monitoring the physical therapy movements of patients suffering from severe motor disabilities. The correctness of the rehabilitation exercises is verified by applying image processing techniques.
