Influence of damping resistance in resonant grounding system of distribution network

The subject of this paper is to analyze the influence of damping resistance in resonant grounding system. In considering the widely used of the automatic arc suppressing coil, it focuses on the relationship between damping resistance and the accuracy of coil automatic tuning by the way of simulation and operation testing, and a proposal is made for selecting damping resistance and it can resolve some issues in research and application.
