DEA approach embedding the analyst's intention

To extend the Assurance Region (AR) approach for DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis), this paper proposed a new approach. The basic idea of this approach is to constrain for the data set while traditional approach is to constrain for the DEA-weight. The merit of proposed method is to take analyst's intention without estimating any infeasible solution.
