A new Fuzzy-based adaptive video watermarking

The paper introduces a new enhanced Fuzzy-based perceptual model that integrates human visual characteristics of media covers. The proposed fuzzy scheme defuses data and operates on the human visual system model on sub-regions of the frequency multi-resolution wavelet domain of video frame. Architecture has been implemented based on fuzzy multi-variable input that generates a perceptual membership degree for both strength watermark embedding factor. Different test benchmark videos with various sizes of watermarks have been applied on the model. Several experimental attacks have been applied such as frame dropping, frame averaging and JPEG compression. In addition, the model has been compared with different other watermarking schemes in literature. The proposed model showed its robustness to attacks and at the same time achieved a high level of imperceptibility.
