MIS (Minimal Invasive Surgery).The fundament of the defined research is to lay emphasis on Minimal Invasive Surgery (MIS) for performing medical operations today due to it's lower cost, fastest healing, and minimal post-operative pain and discomfort to the treated patients.Basically the prime agenda is to control the output power of tunable waveguide ,so as to minimize the scope of destruction of undesired tissues by minimizing the aperture wavelength and controlling and customizing the output power.The perfect waveguide has not been introduced yet so It is rapidly expanding with the development and miniaturization of two dimensional (2-D) and three-dimensional (3-D) endoscopic imaging systems. A number of research groups have suggested flexible waveguides for the midIR region between 2.5 and 11 um, which contains very important and useful laser wavelengths and it is not covered by the silica fibers. It is becoming more and more common in hospitals. These procedures are performed through tiny incisions instead of one large opening. Because the incisions are very small so patients tend to have quicker recovery period and less discomfort as compared to conventional surgery.
