Knowledge assets and their scheduling of use within organizations

Knowledge management is playing an increasing role in transforming today's organizations into "knowledge organizations". Organizations are starting to realize the importance of intellectual capital assets (i.e. knowledge resources) used in their organizations. An important element is how best to schedule these knowledge resources for use in an organization. An intelligent scheduling tool called GUESS is described to address this concern.
