Organisational teamwork to bring a new luxury coach to market quicker and better

With the support of a case example, this paper demonstrates some of the important aspects of teamworking and simultaneous engineering tools and techniques used in the design of a luxury coach. Managers and engineers that are not using teams or who are not effectively using design tools are asked to think about what they are missing. Those that are using teams and the appropriate tools are asked to think about how they could be used to improve business performance even further.
