The Analysis of College Network Teaching Based on the 3G Technology Mobile Learning Application

In recent years, with the rapid development of 3G technology, mobile learning get more and more attention from people. This paper through the analysis of the 3G technology and mobile learning, puts forward the application mode and implementation strategy of mobile learning in college network teaching supported by 3G technology so as to promotes the development of mobile learning and college network teaching.
