One solution of a location based service for vehicle interlinking

This paper describes a system of interlinked vehicles used to share information of interest for all traffic participants and the parties responsible for maintaining the infrastructure. Furthermore it presents problems encountered with mobile device GPS inaccuracy, data organisation and search algorithms.
