Silver-doped arsenic selenide (Ag-As2Se3) waveguides for compact nonlinear optical devices

We developed a novel approach to produce silver doped As₂Se₃ rib-type waveguide. By employing continuous wave four-wave mixing we verified that the medium has very high nonlinearity, which is promising for compact devices.
