Working process simulation of roll forming machine based on virtual reality technology

Taking the virtual reality development software-Open Inventor as platform, the three-dimensional models are created by using Solidworks software. Based on the great engine mechanism of Open Inventor development platform, the gear's meshing transmission and the Chain wheel's rotation are realized by SoRotor node. The simulation is realized by programming on the VC + + development platform programming, and the complex working process of roll forming machine is simulated and displayed by programming, which give a better virtual demonstration. The simulation lays the foundation for the future working process simulation.
