An effective algorithm for the synthesis of a plane wave generator for linear array testing

In this contribution an effective approach for the synthesis of plane wave generators (PWG) for the testing of linear arrays is proposed. Relatively few elements are necessary for the synthesis of a PWG and its performances and flexibility make this approach very interesting in many situations.
