Design of 4YZ-3 multi-function self-propelled corn harvester

To solve the problems of self-propelled corn harvester's big structure, large consumption, bad suitability and high price, a general plan of 4YZ-3 multi-function self-propelled corn harvester suited with 40KW diesel engine was fixed and the components design and parameters of double level pre-chain system inletting reel, compound picker and straw crusher were finished. The result of test and demonstration application showed that the main technology indexes had achieved and surpassed the machine's design demand. The harvester can once implement picking, cleaning, transporting tassel and crushing straw & returning them to field, and asymmetry row work which had good applying economic effect.
