The coal price risk to the coal enterprise and the downstream Enterprise's production operation was a very important question, this article utilized the option theory to conduct the research to the coal price risk management, proposed that developing the coal option might dodge the coal price risk which brought for the coal enterprise and the downstream Enterprise, it was helpful in correcting the market control action, realized the economical steady movement.
