In 3D scenes, which put in scene virtual characters, realism is very important. The facial animation is one of its key points. This is principally due to the following reasons: the face and the many muscles which it is composed can generate a multitude of expressions; the complexity of this area is reflected in the existing approaches in that it is very difficult to create quality entertainment without a long and fastidious manual work.
