Study on reliability for automatic transfer switching equipment

As the automatic transfer switching equipments (ATSE) are widely used on distribution line. They are mainly used to switch the load automatically and ensure the security and reliability of power supply. So, the reliability of ATSE is extremely important. This paper mainly includes: 1) to analyze the failure modes of ATSE; 2)to establish the reliability characteristic parameters of ATSE; 3) to discuss the test methods of reliability demonstration test in details.
