A Study on Public Transportation Planning of Clustered City - A Case Study of Xintai City

Taking Xintai City as an example, this paper analyzes the main problems pervading the development of urban public transportation, based on the analysis of residents' trip characteristics in Clustered Cities, such as low-level service, unsound operation management system, and weak driving force by the government. It puts forward the thoughts of public transportation planning in such cities.
