The Research of Implementing Enterprise Financial Shared Service Center Information System

This thesis discusses the implementation process of large-scale enterprises financial shared service center information system, including the construction of network reimbursement system, bills image system, financial system, the system of direct connection between banks and enterprises. The information systems relate to performance management system, customers reconciliation system, employee self-service system, credit system, portal development and logistics support system. After the implementation of enterprise financial shared service center completed, the system will provide specialized and standardized service for the enterprise.
