Model-free analysis of time-dependent single-molecule spectroscopy: Dynamics of biological macromolecules

Rigorous and unbiased statistical analysis of single molecule data is now recognized as a crucial component to substantiate any discovery made through such experiments. This presentation summarizes many such tools, and ventures some future directions in the context of the dynamics of biological macromolecules.
