Nonlinear analysis of amplifiers with local and global negative feedback

The Volterra nonlinear analysis of an amplifier configuration that utilizes local and global feedback is presented here for the first time. Theoretical analysis results demonstrate a notable superior linear performance of this amplifier, compared with a conventional feedback amplifier that only uses local feedback. Because of that, the amplifier with global feedback can be considered as a good alternative for high linearity applications.
