A supply chain optimization DSS Web-services-based for e-retail industry

This paper explores the integrated development and application of incorporating recommendation system with decision support system and proposes a supply chain optimization DSS Web-services-based for e-retail industry. This system includes three basic models and many databases, such as recommended commodity database, storehouse information database, supplier information database and other external messages. It based on web services that can make calling model or database as convenient as invoking function. This system offers decision makers of e-retail companies a comprehensive view about information relating to supply chain optimization. Hence, decision maker can grasp various influencing factors and finally make significant decisions that are helpful for development of e-retail companies.
