Economical research of distribution network reconstruction in emigration areas

Based on the difference between reconstruction and reconfiguration of distribution network, a mathematical model of distribution network reconstruction which sets minimal economic losses as its goal is presented. At last, three main options are made to achieve economic reconstruction of distribution network in general. Accordingly, the algorithm which regards minimize economic losses as heuristic information in the course of search on three major programs on specific examples is described, in order to find a distribution network of economic reconstruction programs and reduce distribution network reconstruction of capital investments.
