Single-bandpass microwave photonic filter with wide tuning range and no baseband response

We propose a novel method based on variable optical carrier time shift to implement widely tunable real single-bandpass microwave photonic filters. Tuning range only limited by the electro-optical devices was demonstrated experimentally.
