One necessary condition for the wavelet tight frame based on MRA with dilation 2over3

The objective of this paper is to study and obtain one necessary condition of wavelet tight frame with dilation factor 2over3 based on FMRA. It is also given two examples to prove that the necessary condition is meaningful.
