Growth, bank credit and the trade credit of listed corporations on Chinext

High growth is one of the salient features of listed corporations on Chinext. Utilizing the quarterly report data of 63 corporations listed on Chinext between 2009 and 2011, the thesis analyzes the impact of growth and bank credit on the trade credit behavior of listed corporations. The results show that the growth and bank Credit is positively correlated with the Trade Credit. The results also indicate that as the enterprise's growth and bank credit increase, the enterprise is apt to have more trade credit.
