Design and realization of a C-band impedance transformer

The C-band impedance transformer is designed using a synthesis tool FEST3D(Full-wave Electromagnetic Simulation Tool) and fabricated with good electrical performances, the central frequency is 3.95GHz, the bandwidth is 500MHz, the return loss is less than -15dB, the insert loss is less than 0.3dB. Experimental results agree well with the simulation results.
