Group on Earth observations

This one-day workshop was held prior to the IGARSS symposium. It brought together the Earth Observation community, modeling, and other water management communities to look at issues of Global Hydrology Interoperability and Field Applications and the needs of the community for GEOSS-derived information. The workshop included a series of presentations, breakout sessions and discussions. This proceedings report, in addition, summarizes recommendations by the participants for GEOSS.
