Opposition-based Particle Swarm Optimization with plow operator

Particle Swarm Optimization is an evolution algorithm. It has shown simple regulation and fast convergence speed in many problems. However it's easy to be trapped into local optima. This paper an Opposition-based PSO with plow operator was present, naming OPSO, to cope with the problem. Experimental results on four well-known benchmark optimization problems have shown the optimization ability and the convergence speed of the proposed algorithm is superior to PSO, OPSO and PPSO in most functions.
