Efficiency evaluation of commercial bank based on DEA

Scientific efficiency evaluation of banks' input and output is of great practical significance, for reasonable structure and layout of the banking sectors, the effective use of human resources and fund efficiency improvement. In this paper, human resource, capital and technology efficiency and scale efficiency evaluation on Tianjin Branch of Minsheng Bank of the branch's were computed based on DEA method and evaluate its effectiveness. The level of branch efficiency was reflected by comparing with each other. It is of important guiding significance to improve banks' human resource and financial management.
