Study of three phases process model of it value realization

Many enterprises have invested vastly in enterprise informatization. How to realize IT value is a hotspot discussed by these enterprises. The current IT value realization process models have the weakness of lack operability. To solve this problem, this paper suggests a three phases model by using process management method to divide the IT value realization process into three phases and even more detail activities. This model can break the middle `black box' process of IT value realization, as well as implant IT value management mechanism into IT value realization process. Finally, verified this suggested model by a case study of China GuangDong Nuclear Power Group.
