The method of human integration and system drive in CIMS

After discussing the necessity and inevitability of human integration into computer integrated manufacturing systems (CIMS), a tentative idea and system model of human being integrated as a system node have been questioned. Some techniques and management measures to guarantee the system running normally are also discussed together with other relative problems.
