Revelation from the U.S Tennessee Valley management legislation on Yangtze Valley legislation

This article analyzes the current legislative situations of Yangtze River Valley, starting with the introduction of legislation of Tennessee Valley. It proposes projection for management legislation of Yangtze River Valley in terms of principles of management legislation, the formulation of Yangtze Law and the coordination of relevant bureaus.
