Introduction of TML 3-D Moving Model

Leadership and management are two obscure terms which are hard to define. Sometimes it seems that they are synonymous words. Through years' research and study it is found out that there is a method which makes it easy to inspect the effects of leadership and management on different tasks by means of a 3-D Moving Model, assumed the name of TML 3-D Moving Model, TML is short for “Tasks, Management, and Leadership”. This paper discusses the relations and concepts of leadership and management as well as tasks oriented mechanism on the basis of previous professional authors and professors.
