Twi-convergence model for weight of coal industry security evaluation index based on triangular adjustable fuzzy number

In the course of evaluation of coal industry security, determination of the index weight is the key problem to decide whether the evaluation result is scientific. Triangle-adjustable fuzzy number is adopted in this paper, which enhances the objectivity of evaluation. The multi-experts decision is made convergence twice by means of the clustering analysis theory. The first convergence eliminates abnormal value, which reduces the electivity and subjectivity of the experts' suggestions as much as possible. The second convergence adopts the similarity coefficient as weight to make comprehensive weight of the selected experts' suggestions, which will consequently obtain the more reasonable comprehensive weight, and that effectively avoid AHP's problem of consistency checking.
