The study of finite regulation of refined oil pricing mechanism: Based on angle of conspiracy

Under the background of energy nervous, domestic oil consumer demand increasing and emphasis on energy conservation and emissions reduction, refined oil prices reform must be proceed. At present, China's refined oil price forming mechanism still exists some shortcomings and the government's price regulation also failed to fully play a role. The key lies in monopoly group playing a dominant role in the oil price forming mechanism. They also exist conspiring and gaming in pricing process. Based on this, it is necessary to discussion of reform of China's oil price forming mechanism in perspective of conspiracy and limited regulation.
