Study on the technology of reinforcing ultrahigh subgrade of low liquid limit clay by grouting wall method

Based on the case of reinforcement engineering design for highly-filled subgrade to be antiskid and settlement-reducing with low liquid limit clay in the gully development zone of intermountain fault basin in Jinan's Round-city Expressway, and on the compaction grouting test on experimental section and grouting effect detection, the relationship among grouting amount, grout diffusion radius and soil void ratio, grouting pressure, slurry water-cement ratio is discussed. A design scheme of reinforcing highly-filled subgrade in the method of grouting wall is put forward in this paper. The data from the long-term observation of the open road settlement and current situation of slope stability of roadbed verified the feasibility of this technology.
