Weighted approximation of functions by Bernstein operators on the semi axis

This paper gives estimates for weighted approximation of functions/on the semi axis (0,+ ∞), where f can be singular at the origin, by means of Bernstein-type sequences. Results in present paper extends the result of Mastroianni and Occorsio[1].
