Application of the Data Mining in the Personalized Information Service

With the explosive growth of the information in the WEB, people can have an easy access to information while also being plagued by a lot of spam. How to analyze and judge the real needs of the users, and provide the personalized information service for the users has become the concern for the information providers. This thesis introduces the application of the Data Mining in the personalized information service and illustrates the process of the Data Mining.
