Knowledge Management in Venture Funds

In modern knowledge society, venture funds are playing important roles in SMEs financing and there are many risks in venture funds' investment. The paper first discusses the definitions of venture funds and knowledge, and then analyzes the need for knowledge management in venture funds to manage risks. Finally, the paper takes market risk management as an example to study ways to manage risks with knowledge management. With the application of knowledge management in venture funds, SMEs will acquire more funds and venture funds will acquire more rewards.
