Empirical Analysis on the Quantitative Evaluation of Government Performance: Using Break-Even Analysis to Estimate the Performance of Visible Public Goods

In many aspects, the estimation of government performances manifested as public finance expenditure and quantitative analysis of visible public goods in all level governments' management activities. Concretely, there is a difficulty that what kind of method can be adapted to process quantitative analysis to estimate the government performances. This paper takes real and material decision-making as example to demonstrate how to use break-even analysis to estimate the government public goods management performance. It also analyses the Theory mechanism and resolves the practical application.
