Research on Intellectual Property Financing of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

The financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises had attached importance and intellectual property financing is no doubt a new path for this problem. First of all, this paper introduces the present state of the domestic and foreign research in intellectual property financing. At second part, the paper analyses the constraints of intellectual property financing of China's SMEs. At last, the article proposes some suggestions on improving intellectual property financing for SMEs. In order to promote the intellectual property financing, the government should extend great effort to provide a legal basis, promote the establishment and development of the exchange market, encourage the development of intermediary agencies and give full play to the role of government, society and market.
