Reflection on Mode of Construction of Government Investment Projects

This paper analyzed the basis of construction and management of government investment projects theoretic, and summarized from developed countries and regions in their construction and management of government investment projects mature approach. Furthermore, on the basic of China's government investment projects in construction management for the pilot, proposed three basic management modes that suitable for China's reality. Finally, pointed out the implementation in real construct process in five areas require special handling problems and corresponding countermeasures.
