Contribution rate of water-soluble polyacrylamide's COD and research of degradation bacterium's degradation behavior

A kind of polyacrylamide's degradation bacterium is separated from oil gather standing in Shengli oilfield by Hungate technology. We name the bacterial strain as Clostridium HPAM bacterium H4. The results show that: the different molecular weight of HAPM's COD Contribution rate is lined with concentration.
