Empirical research on scientific project performance evaluation of Zhejiang colleges'

This paper concentrates on the empirical research, which focus on scientific project performance evaluation of Zhejiang colleges'. Firstly, based on the assessment model and empirical data, it gets weights and scores of indexes. Secondly it compares every index from different type of scientific project. Thirdly, this paper analyses causes result of these outcomes. At last, it draws inspirations from analyses and brings some proposes.
