Based on TOPSIS value engineering in manufacturing enterprise logistics cost management application research

Value engineering, as an important part of modern management methods vigorously advocated by the country, plays a significant role in terms of improving the management level of manufacturing enterprises' logistics cost. This paper uses the principle of value engineering to manage manufacturing enterprises' logistics cost, and applies TOPSIS methods to the segment of functional evaluation of value engineering; finally verifies the practicality and feasibility of the methods. To some extent, it is presented to give reference to domestic manufacturing enterprises' logistics cost management.
