Research on organizational structure based on Viable System Model: How to diagnose the problem of management from the view of knowledge

The model of present structure of organization limits the development of knowledge-organization in the knowledge economy society. It is very crucial to construct the new form to deal with the complexity of organization from the view of system. In this paper, the evolution process of organization structure is been described. Then the new structure of organization is been built based on Viable System Model in order to effective knowledge management. In the end, the new structure is applied to diagnose the problem of knowledge management in organization. By using this, the manager can improve the situation that the problem occurs. The Viable System Model helps us find the alternative structure of organization to manage the knowledge effectively.
